영화리뷰[닐 URL쇼터 블롬캠프][★★★★★] 디스트릭트 9 (District 9, 2009)※ IMDb - 'Did you know'- Trivia 항목 참조District 9 (2009) - Trivia - IMDb1. 닐 블롬캠프는 그의 장편 데뷔작으로 비디오 게임 시리즈인 헤일로 (Halo)의 영화화를 맡을 예정이었으나 무산되었다. 이 후 제작자인 피터 잭슨은 그에게 3천만 달러를 제시하며 스스로가 원하는 영화를 한 번 만들어보라고 제안했다. 닐 블롬캠프는 그 제안을 수락했고, 그 결과물이 바로 이 영화다.After the feature film based on the Halo: Combat Evolved (2001) video game series (which was to have been directed by Neill Blomkamp) fell through, producer Peter Jackson went to Blomkamp and offered him $30 million to make whatever he wanted, although this would be Blomkamp's first feature as a director. When Fundiswa steps from the vehicle into District 9 for the first time, his character dives for coveractor Mandla Gaduka was told there would be no gunfire, but stunt men began firing unexpectedly. Obesanjo's Holy shit!&quotreaction when Wikus shoots the gangsteractor Eugene Khumbanyiwa was not prepared for the strength of the air compressors that blew out the side of the shack. District 6 was a mixed race neighbourhood of Cape Town which the apartheid government demolished in 1966 to make room for whites.※ 아파르트헤이트 (apartheid) : 남아프리카공화국에서 실시한 인종 차별 정책6. 영화에 등장하는 판잣집은 실제로 요하네스버그에 있는 판자촌의 모습을 사용하였다. 영화 속에서 프론들이 District 10으로 이주하는 것처럼 실제 그 곳에 거주하던 주민들은 정부가 제공한 새로운 주거지로 이전했다. 영화 촬영 당시에는 주민들이 아직 이주하기 전이었는데 이 또한 영화 내용과 일맥상통한다. 촬영을 위해 새롭게 지은 판잣집은 오직 주인공 크리스토퍼의 판잣집이 유일했다. 그리고 영화 속에 등장하는 토막난 동물 사체는 왜인지 모르겠지만 원래 그 곳에 있었던 것을 그대로 영상에 담았다.All the shacks in District 9 were actual shacks that exist in a section of Johannesburg which were to be evacuated and the residents moved to better government housing, paralleling the events in the film. Also paralleling, the residents had not actually been moved out before filming began. Quite a few of them were designed by Tony Neophytou and are marketed by Denel. The title of the film was generally not included, although the URL address for the film's official website was.10. 외계인의 디자인은 최종적으로 곤충형의 프론이라는 컨셉으로 결정되기 전까지 꽤 많은 번복이 있었다. 제작 초기 외계인들의 모습은 가죽 느낌의 피부와 촉수로 뒤덮인 얼굴을 가진 덩치 큰 생물로 묘사되었다. 그리고 프론은 이 외계인들을 지배하는 종으로 디자인되었다. 하지만 결국에는 덩치 큰 외계인은 없어지고 프론의 디자인이 외계인의 모습으로 채택되었다. 그리고 원래 분장옷을 입고 배우가 직접 연기하려고 했지만 모두 CGI로 처리하는 것으로 바뀌었다.The design for the aliens went through quite a few iterations before the final insectoid prawn&quotconcept was finalised. Originally, the aliens were conceived as hulking creatures with leathery skin and tentacled faces, and were intended to be performed by actors in creature suits. The prawn&quotcreatures were initially meant to be masters&quotof the tentacle-faced creatures (keeping with the idea that the aliens were slaves). In impoverished areas of Johannesburg, director Neill Blomkamp would see people selling cheese poofs and other snack foods out of large three-foot tall bags and wanted the aliens to have a similar cheap food. (아빠는 외계인..)Near the end of the film, when Wikus'wife Tania is talking to the camera and holding the flower made of metal, several ultrasound images can be seen on the mirror behind her, suggesting that she may be pregnant.17. 프론으로서의 비커스는 다른 프론들과는 생김새가 조금 다르다. 더듬이도 다른 프론들보다 짧고 키도 1피트 가량 작다. 크리스토퍼 같은 프론들은 키가 약 7피트 정도 된다. 비커스를 연기한 배우인 샬토 코플리의 키가 5피트 11.5인치인 점, 그리고 비커스가 프론으로 변하는 과정에서 키가 늘어날 근거가 없다는 점 때문에 비커스는 키가 작은 프론으로 남을 수 밖에 없었다.Wikus as a prawn is slightly different looking than other prawns. His antennae are shorter and he stands over a foot shorter than the other prawns. The URL쇼터 prawns, such as Christopher, stand at roughly seven feet tall. Actor Sharlto Copley (Wikus) stands 5ft 11.5 inches, making him a full foot shorter than the prawns.
